Booking FAQ

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard vehicles and 48 hours for VIP or large fleet requests. During peak season, one to two weeks notice is ideal. Same-day bookings are possible depending on availability.

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and cash in USD, EUR, or RWF. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing with 30-day terms. A 30 percent deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due at the end of the trip.

Yes. Changes to dates, vehicle, or itinerary are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund of the deposit. We understand travel plans change and always try to accommodate last-minute adjustments.
