Fuel inside Kigali is included. For upcountry trips fuel is billed at the pump price and added to your final invoice, with receipts attached.
Cross-border travel is possible with at least five days' notice so we can arrange the COMESA yellow card, permits and border paperwork. A cross-border surcharge applies.
A valid driving licence held for at least two years, your passport or national ID, and a refundable security deposit. Drivers under 23 are reviewed case by case.
MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, or cash in RWF or USD. Corporate clients can be invoiced at 30 days.
Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours we keep the deposit, but you can move the booking to another date within three months at no cost.
